Although I was born in Central America, I have lived in Miami most of my life.  Living only an hour away from the Keys, I was able to visit and vacation frequently and still feel a world away from the big city.  Marrying someone with even more appreciation for the Keys, for he was a “weekender” since childhood, we decided to buy our very own piece of Paradise within our first year of marriage.  We both enjoy boating, fishing and the relaxed lifestyle the Keys has to offer.  With all its wonder and bliss it was only natural that we move to Islamorada and have been permanent residents since 2006.
